As a shareholder of Downs . Stanford, Mr. Losey's principal areas of practice are insurance defense, subrogation, personal injury, and property damage. He is certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. With experience as in-house counsel for a national insurance carrier, Mr. Losey offers focused services in premises, trucking, automobile, and products liability, as well as construction, subrogation, and workers' compensation issues. He is highly experienced in both civil litigation and appellate matters. Mr. Losey also handles estate (wills and trusts) and probate matters. In addition, he has been called upon to speak about subrogation issues.
